Does anybody add stuff to chips?

Also if you haven't tried it the Leon sauce range is amazing, tomango and Korean chilli are especially good.

Edit to add, fan be found in Sainsbury's

Pretty much can add what-ever goes with potatoes and or your own tastes.

I do smoked paprika, BBQ or seasoning from a local place that makes their own from ideas seen around the world.

Oven chips - garlic mayo, sweet baby rays BBQ, soy sauce.

Chip shop chips - brown sauce.

Will have to look at American chip spice and funky soul spices chinese salt and chilli pepper.

I've always hated vinegar, but loved it from chip shops. That always confused me, but then I discovered "Non-brewed condiment":

Ooh almost forgot - a bar near me does rosemary and paprika chips and bloody hell they taste like roast chicken dinner. After being veggie for a few years they were flipping gorgeous! Must try to recreate at home. They used skinny fries FWIW.

Chinese curry sauce or mayonnaise.

On a side note, I used to have tomato ketchup on pretty much everything all my life, but about a year ago I seemed to spontaneously completely go off the concept of tomato sauce, to the point I actually semi-retch at the thought of putting on chips etc, instead of mayonnaise, or HP Fruit Sauce. Brown sauce I go through phases with.

shmoked shaushage

but no - salt is standard. brown or red/tomato sauce is acceptable but preferably an option...anything else is definitely in a seperate place/dish/container :p
