So you dip your chips into a dish of vinegar?shmoked shaushage
but no - salt is standard. brown or red/tomato sauce is acceptable but preferably an option...anything else is definitely in a seperate place/dish/container
MmmOnce cooked, a simple cheese and brisket gravy works well, which is the basis of poutine. Not so popular outside Canada, I'm told, but gives you more options.

do like most chinese do. chop some garlic , peppers, birds eye chillis ( about a £1 for a bag) and a onion. then lightly fry and add in cooked oven chips give em a minute light toss . then serve. very simple but really tasty. im doing it this week.Hi all
Going shopping later and will be getting the usual oven chips but I was thinking of adding more flavouring to the standard chip. We usually have salt and vinegar but I saw a video yesterday of someone adding parmasan and coriander, does anybody have any preffered choices when it comes to adding flavour?
I was thinking maybe some peri peri salt or mix a few together...
Cheers
