Dominoes Pizza

if it involves more than making a phone call then answering the door 30 mins later its not conveient

If you consider that the phone call will be to an immigrant who you will have to repeat everything to at least twice, and then you'll have to deal with the foreign delivery driver, then you're already into a world of more hassle than chucking stuff on a base and heating it up.

You : Pepperoni Pizza please!

Him : Peppers-only pizza?

You get the idea...

Home made pizza's are easier and quicker and nicer then take aways.

Invest in a bread maker, put ingredients in, set time to make dough for when you get home.

Stretch dough out, make tomato sauce. Put sauce on dough, add toppings chuck it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Boom.

So including preparing and making the pizza, cooking it and then sitting down to it, all before your take away has arrived. It's nicer, healthier and cheaper and just as time effective.

Also; bread bakers are awesome investments. Waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread and having warm bread with melted butter on it first thing with a strong cup of Tea (or coffee) is just :)

:/

Just do it online. Even quicker than a phonecall.

Had Dominoes pizza yesterday for first time in ages and it was SOoooo nice!! I had a medium Meateor with double decadence and finished the rest of in the morning for breakfast :D

I do love homemade pizza my mum makes so I'm thinking of getting a bread making machine for that but it sounds a lot of hard work and need to learn what to use to make decent bases and bread loafs? Also if anyone in the know could point me towards a decent but not to expensive bread maker?

That reminds me, Pizza Hut > Dominoes.

This man speaks the truth.

Dunno but i really cannot stand Dominoes Pizza, never thought highly of their pizzas and they are a tad bit more expensive than pizza hut.

Saying that Pizza hut has gone a bit downhill...their pizzas seem to be getting smaller lol.

Personally i just order a pizza from one of those kebab places...with the added benefit that all their meat is halal...and a lot more cheaper.

Dominos is one of the worst pizzas ive had, luckly we have a fantastic local pizza place that do a 18" house special for $20.

The new dominos cheesey bread commercial is cringeworthy too. When they look at the camera all pathetic like lol.

Order online pay by card the only thing you have to say to the delivery driver is "alright mate" and "cheers" :D

Varies from branch to branch, my branch is ok but the one in York is awful, may as well bang your head against the menu to give them a better idea of what you want.

Compared to other pizza places Dominos has few foreign workers, obviously it's dependable on the area you're in but everyone in my store is white caucasian..

wrong tbh,
i dont mind that you dislike paying for takeaways.. each to their own, £10-£15 to some is a lot, to others its not, im sure theres some things you buy that others would say 'what a waste'

Dominos is rank and a rip-off.

/thread.

not sure if serious?

taste and nutrition wise home made will beat any "fast food" pizza, speed wise only a french bread style pizza will beat a "fast food" pizza for speed.

tbh though all fast food places are a major rip off, asda does "fresh" pizzas for £2-4, depending on the size, always get the person behind the counter to make one up if you can, and choose your toppings, i think you get a lot more and it works out cheaper usually as well.

Only ever have a dominos on a tuesday on the buy one get one free. Normally the pizza's are nice but on the odd occasion they're awful :(
Pizza express for the win shame they dont deliver :D

Never had any problem with Dominoes in terms of quality, they are pretty much always bang on. However the price is pretty bad, especially as you can get a Chicago town pizza and a couple of toppings of your choice for far less.

That pic of the pizza looks rank

Pizza Hut > Dominoes

The cheese that Dominoes use always tastes really eggy too me

The reason i like dominoes is that i can order on my phone app or internet without cash and avoids talking to anybody.
Is a tad expensive but the pizza is soooooo good, do they put crack in the sauce?

Haven't had a Dominoes in ages but never had a bad one from our local. It can be pricey but they always have good deals on.

My current favourite is the Meateor, loads of different meat and BBQ sauce base nomnomnom.
