Mid week training didn't go anywhere due to various flooding/disease related issues. Just went in last night for a short session to get my squats done and to play around with bench.

- Felt juicy. My warm up now take me 4-5 mins to get up to that work weight which save be a hell of a lot of time. Need to be more organised about post lifting mobility though.

Bench struggled because my T-spine was a little tight yesterday, loosing it up today has been fun, once or twice got cracks that could have been gun shots! Alarming but at least that is on the mend.
 
Training went on the back burner a bit this week because I had exams Wednesday and Thursday that I had done no way near enough work for. Got to the gym yesterday though and had a short little session to keep me going. Next and final exam is next Friday so I will be back to normal after that.

- Like this variation. It's seated with a neutral grip handle that is roughly a foot wide and it just lights up my mid-upper back.


Like I said short session. Deadlifting for the first time in a while on Monday I reckon, other than that nothing new happening any time soon. Getting my diet sorted though which is a nice feeling, I don't think I was eating even remotely how I should have been last term.



Also, that feel when the video takes 8 mins to upload rather than 50 because you have wonderful uni internets :cool:.

That is also the first session since I got back and the first time you guys get to see my home away from home gym. Was hella busy last night but being so handsome people are more inclined to give me stuff.

The other members also don't seem to understand the concept of rest periods. I was taking a break after my set, 2 mins is my rest for this part of the program, and people kept coming up and asking if they could use the rack and the bar. Not a single one wanted it for squatting either. I think it's blasphemy to use an eleiko bar for anything other that real lifting but it is commonplace in that gym since all but 2-3 of the bars are eleiko.
 
Did some eleiko bar curls today... Have it! :p

Would love to have such delicious looking form but I have been blessed with quads and dat narrow stance.

Why do you mention your quads?



Did a bit of a core/stability workout yesterday and mixed in a bit of mobility work. Just fancied doing something without leaving the flat.

Jesus christ my abs hurt today! Also my adductors are so tight, I don't think it was anything directly from yesterday but it could have been some weird by product from doing abductor exercises then mobilising quite aggressively.
