Yes but as there was no wrong doing you can't absolve someone from blame, fault or wrongdoing.
If someone accused you of stealing something and you didn't you can't be absolve from blame, fault or wrongdoing because you didn't actually do anything wrong, you can't be told you're innocent and that the accuser was wrong but you can't be absolved.
Sorry I'm arguing about semantics aren't i.(So much for "us lot" always agreeing).

To be exonerated (in this context) literally means to be found to have not to have done the thing you were accused of.
You don't need to have done something wrong to be exonerated.
Edit: wait i kind of see what you are getting at now, in that there was no wrong doing to begin with.

Most of the response is at state level, such as choosing to lock down or not etc, Trump made available federal resources like ventilators and assistance from the military. The problem is that Americans just aren't going to accept being told to stay home and not work for extended periods.

If you believe Trump did all of that, then you'll clearly believe anything you're told! He didn't make any federal resources available. His administration has tied up all those resources and they're getting sold through companies that are serving the highest bidder!

It's actually relatively simple to distinguish them. deuse is coming from a place of genuine malice and is a proven racist. Tango is a loon and argues more to maintain his CT-position than because he is deeply invested in it on a day to day 'real' level.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’d not taken a single dose and just lied because the idea to entered his head seconds before he said it. I can’t imagine any of his doctors are going to prescribe it for him and certainly not a dose where he’s been taking it often. I think he's just doing what he does, compulsive lying.
Whichever way you carve it, it's insane.
1) he's lying about taking it - that's crazy.
2) he's genuinely taking it - that's crazy.
3) he thinks he's taking it, but it's actually vitamins - that's crazy.
Almost certain it's just that and another boast to promote whatever reason (financial gain, stupidity, both). We all know by now what kind of character he is and would never jeopardise his own safety no matter what garbage he is claiming. After the whole bleach/uv embarrassment you would have thought he would leave the medical advise alone but not Donnie. Reckless and stupid. Case where his precious ego is more important than lives.

What the hell is he even talking about?! In the first clip he says he’s not taking it, then goes on to say he’s been taking it for two weeks. You can almost see his brain working out all this **** as he goes along.
The answer to the journalists question in the second clip is the one of the worst incoherent rambles he’s ever gone on.
