At this level, with the way the US justice system operates.

There is such a complicated web of plea bargains and deals that what people eventually serve jail time for probabally bears little relationship to what they may or may not have done, or even if they did anything wrong at all!

Lol this old rubbish, they heavy handedly went after Trump's allies, brought their dirty past up with Manafort and Cohen, and the others were process crimes where "crimes" were committed during the investigation; they trapped PapaD, Flynn & Stone into perjury. These were also the same people they were spying on, they had to find a crime on them to shut them up.

So in the end there were zero crimes for Trump "colluding" with Russia, they went after people around Trump hoping he would get rattled and obstruct the investigation. The fake Russian collusion was the predicate to get the Mueller investigation started

Isn't it funny how Barr/Durham have been working with different intelligence agencies, and have repeatedly travelled to those countries where Mifsud, Downer, Halper were based out of. I said all this 2+ years ago they were spies to tap up Trumps people. And the FISA report proved that they omitted exculpatory evidence which proved that PapaD & Carter Page were innocent

So you think that Joe Biden should be prosecuted for treason? he admits on the video I posted before that he threatened Ukraine with a financial sanction if they didn't fire a prosecutor who was investigating a company (linked to his son) for corruption. What Trump was originally accused of before any evidence failed to materialise Biden did as Vice President and is on video bragging about it.

The whole thing started out as an accusation of a Quid Pro Quo and has morphed into him being impeached along partisan lines for subjective reasons because there wasn't any evidence. It's just like the Russia Collusion conspiracy where you had Adam Schiff claiming for years that there's loads of evidence of collusion and then by the time the Mueller report was released they were blowing something far more minor all out of proportion and most people had forgotten what it was all originally about.

None of that matters as this is about Trump not about the democrats. This is about Trump who deserved to be impeached for being proven to be extremely corrupt, causing a serious crime of obstruction of Congress along with being dishonest and immoral. Pointing out the democrats have done something wrong doesn’t change the fact of the wrong and evil things Trump had done.

The obstruction of Congress alone is enough to justify impeaching Trump and obstruction of Congress is a proven fact just like the corruption and immoral behaviour has been proven. The democrats are irrelevant as this is about Trump and why he doesn't deserve to be president.

Nothing the democrats have done justifies Trumps evil, immoral and illegal actions.

Trump derangement syndrome strong with this one ^

When all is said and done, Trump has got Democrats to go on the record and unanimously state that everything they have been engaged in was highly illegal, and to use their favourite quote "Nobody is above the law". So when the time comes to declassify huge amounts of documents of their corruption, and when the hammer falls on them, there can be no qualms

Its not TDS when everything I said is all 100% fact and 100% proven. What is TDS is what you are doing which is ignoring evidence and ignoring facts to defend Trump.

Why does it matter if the Democrats have done something illegal? That doesn’t justify Trump actions and doesn’t change the fact Trump was guilty of extreme corruption, immoral behaviour and obstruction of Congress. The hammer needs to fall on Trump heavily with what he has done, there can be no qualms about that. If its proven the Democrats have done the same thing then drop the hammer just as hard on them.

Pointing to the Democrats is not a defence for what Trump has done. Only people deep in the TDS squad think otherwise. So far you have posted zero evidence and zero valid justification for the crimes Trump committed and was found guilty of in recent years.

The Trump foundation charity where in an extreme level of corruption Trump setup a fake charity, made it look like a real charity and funnelled large sums of charity money into his own pockets and into his business instead of to the charity foundation. Not a one off event but ongoing over a long period of time as well. That level of stealing from a charity is what I class as evil. How can it be anything else? Its not like he stole it from a bank that's not as evil as stealing from a charity which is what he did.

You're so clueless, nothing you're alleging can be backed up. The President was asking Ukraine to honour their agreement with the US in fighting corruption. All of the socalled witnesses apart from one had any first hand knowledge of the call. Sondland was the only one to have first hand knowledge, he admitted in testimony to saying he was "presuming" that Trump was withholding aid in exchange for an investigation he even said Trump told him he wanted "no quid-pro-quo".

So there was no investigation, aid got released, there was no meeting, Zelensky was not aware aid was being withheld and said there was no pressure

And what has he obstructed? Obstruction of Congress is not even a real thing. The president has the power to veto congressional bills etc. They literally impeached him for having the authority of the POTUS.

So they've impeached him for "Abuse of power" which isn't even defined, and "Obstruction of Congress" which isn't even a real thing. And the only reason he got impeached is because they have the numbers in the house
