Don’t ever go round this ladies house for dinner!

More than folk realise I would say. Sure dogs are forever eating at things when out for walks.

Im a big fan of Shiitake shrooms, but the cost of living crisis has hit on them too.

£17.00 for 250g these days

I wonder if many dogs die after munching on these things
Sadly yes, my dog was a nightmare for hoovering up stuff! Goose poo was a favourite! Would run off munching before its too late.

The rugby player eating a slug. Can't get this out of my head. Growing up with friends of a similar macho ilk, a couple joined the Para's. The story is not a complete surprise, simply a moment of (presumably drunken) madness with terrible consequences.

Back to the headline, wouldn't be surprised if this 'accident' features on CBS Reality or similar.

It's actually mushroom season right now. Have these growing in a few spots in the garden and woods:

Apparently there's lot of chanterelle mushroom around too. I do not dare!

I would never trust a home picked mushroom dinner.
Did they even know it was hand picked?

Death caps look too similar to edible mushrooms to the average noob

Read the article. If she bought the mushrooms.. That sounds super suss.
Surely there. Would have been loads do cases of people getting ill.
She sounds guilty imo
Nah death caps (or that whole family rather) have some very distinguishing features, it's one of the first things you learn to stay well clear of, at least in the UK you literally can't pick one by accident unless a complete noob.
