Douchebag parking - actions?

Might as well dump this in here. The red car has been parking in our car park at work. Driver has been spoken to and asked not to. He’s actually blocking access to further spaces below left of the frame.

It appears he’s not interested in finding another place to park.

So we’ve decided to make him late for work tomorrow.

I’ll be watching the cctv over breakfast tomorrow. :-)

FFS! You can't give all that for a story and not tell us what he wrote in the note!

Actually re-reading it, he just stuck the note back, I was hoping he'd at least have had some rant on it.
