just got the email giving the usual DPD window, and in the email was a link to this new tracking system. seems its two hours away and im number 16! pretty cool.
 
Have to admit the gps tracking is a nice touch... Except when you are number 62 and it's on number 4...going to be a long day :D
 
Try being number 84, and it being due to arrive typically the only time I will be out of the house today - oh well good job my buildings manager is in to have it delivered!
 
I had the email this morning, checked the map and was showing as delivery number 2 and the driver was 45 mins away. Parcel turned up just as I shut the web page down, so great idea, maybe having some teething problems. Hit the 1 hour delivery window fine thou and I really like that they tell you that.

Without any doubt I have to agree, they deliver on time every time I've ever used them. Be nice if some of the other couriers would learn the same lessons about customer service...
