You didn't have to do that!
You could do that!
To play DA:O to it's full potential and make the combat awesome, you need to make use of the excellent companion tactics. You can easily just leave other characters to it then if you really want to.
That...isn't great. I almost exclusively play mages. Have yet to do an RPG where i'm not one. Closest is ME and taking Vanguard.
All these people liking DA2...what is the world coming to?!
I am another person who like DA2, i am a one button kind of guy who does not multitask very well . As for mages in DA I i dont care how few spells i get long as i can bind it to one key and look good while i cast it for the next 200+ hrs of game play

I choose to believe these people did not say such things and that little part of the forum was just my imagination playing tricks.
At least you know you're not suffering alone pauly.... I share your pain and confusion I hadn't thought about unlock timeGod why are these final weeks dragging so much. It's torture, especially with all the videos that are coming out almost daily.
Also, quick question. I have pre-ordered from Origin. Can I play from midnight Thursday 20th?

Really not liking the graphical style, reminds me of WoW with all the overly vivid colours, and the damage pops ups ad real-time stats don't look quite right to me, too big somehow. I also think games with this level of control over your characters and tactics etc are much better suited to PC, so I won't buy it for PS4.
I just watched Angry Joe's impressions vid. Let's just say I will not be playing as an archer. The combat looks awful!
We are so hard to please.
