Dragon Age Inquisition

String I've been waiting for a decent SLI profile on this as well, it ran like an utter dog the last time I tried it with 970s and I had all the problems you mentioned.

I've agonised over getting another 980, and I'm just realising that part of the relief of moving to a single card was issues like this disappearing.

Anyone get a crash that sends them to Desktop via DirectX error?

Or is my GPU just sucky for this game.

I'm running a GTX 780 Classified at stock clocks under water.

Yup there are pages and pages of people with the same problem I could run the game fine on high but would get directx and plain drop to desktop crashes. Spent two full days trying to fix, in the end when back to my ps4 version. 38 hrs in and not a single crash.

has anyone played this game with a overclocked G3258? I was wondering if it would run with a 960, As i'm building a PC for my uncle and i was going to purchase this for him.

But i hear this game will not even make it to the menu screen on a duel core as it needs 4 threads.

My next quest in line is to travel to Val Royeaux, but when I go to the War Table it won't give the option. It looks like it's because I'm at level 8.

Is this a bug?

I don't know what it is with this game but unlike Skyrim/Witcher this game is becoming tedious and I'm getting to the point where I'd rather uninstall it.

Perhaps it's all the tedious Rift's, perhaps it's all the rocked based mountains you have to walk around like a linear experience or could it be the boring resource gathering?

Picked this up a few days ago, already put 30 hours in, loving it! Without spoiling anything, can anyone confirm if you can go to Orzammar? Dwarves are my favourites and I loved that place in Origins, but I know it was hated by many in Origins because of the amount of time you spent there. I'm dreading that the only interaction we will get is a "report" quest from the war table or something.

I agree. I've had to take a break from it as I feel I'm just doing the same thing over and over.

This is a bit worrying, bought it recently and really looking forward to playing.

Sounds like i could be disapointed.

You won't be. It looks fantastic and in general it is a great game and one I'll replay at some point just not straight away.
