Driveclub more details

Is anyone else just getting started on this and wanting to join a club? All the existing OCUK clubs seem either full or very established.

I'm not someone who can guarantee to play constantly so looking for other relatively casual players really.

Edit: if anyone wants to join me, I've started 'OC UK Skunks'. OCUK without the space doesn't seem to be allowed!

This game is going to become the spiritual successor to pgr way its going.. Bike's, snow, city fast cars, yep sounds like pgr to me..

I do miss pgr, one of the few Xbox games i do miss.

I'm that gaffer and i have my £10 down that location is where i said still. ^^

On a even better note, game+season pass is just £10 on the store till 8/01!
It's a total no-brainer really at that price.

This update brings 6 new "Scotland - Old Town" tracks to the game for free, along with Hardcore handling, new Elite, Driver & Club Levels & many more improvements based on your feedback.

The update also prepares the game for the addition of the "No Limits" and "Suzuki" Expansions, coming to PlayStation Store on Feb 23rd.

» The newest track “Scotland – Old Town” is here, offering 6 track variants to play across all DRIVECLUB & DRIVECLUB BIKES game modes.
» A new “Hardcore Handling” option is now available, turning off traction control, stability control & other assists. Enable this in Gameplay Settings for a more realistic driving experience.
» Multiplayer Private lobbies have a new 'Photo mode' setting to help you choreograph photos and videos with friends. This disables ghosting, wrong way timers and automated reset to track scenarios.
» Photo mode screen filters can now be enabled outside of photo mode, while you race.
» Photo mode now offers extended Zoom and Exposure settings, plus all settings persist between photo captures during an event.
» Replays have a new option to toggle player tags on and off at any time during the replay when you use the L1 Button.» The Dynamic Precipitation option has been improved to reduce the likelihood of persistent rain.
» 10 new Elite Levels have been added (new cap is 35).
» 10 new Driver Levels have been added (new cap is 95) with new livery rewards to unlock along the way.

Nice, I started playing this when It came up with on the January sale got the addition of the season pass as well so many cars and event's I've yet to go though, So I missed out on all the doom and gloom when it first came out and As a result I'm enjoying the game, nice to see the R34 coming.

Which is a shame as its a fantastic racer now, visuals are really nice for a console, the Cars actually sound like cars, not lawn mowers (Looking at you Gran Turismo)

Had to save that gif, that's awesome.
 
I think it's a superb game I just find it to hard to progress. Some of the races I loose by huge amounts. It needs an super easy I'm crap at games mode so I can progress without having to win....... :D
 
Has anyone been playing this with a wheel, I have resisted buying a PS4 wheel as there is not much to play on it that I don't have on PC with my g27, I really enjoy Driveclub on pad but often this does not translate to being good on wheel?
