Yeah, you're asking for it... I'm still contemplating the way to return from down south.
I have to go to Oxford tomorrow how bad is that gonna be
06:45 central London, in a Rover 25 worst clutch ever..
We live in Essex now, 2.0 306 cruised to Notts last night, fully star out swearing please the days we lived in London, hated it.
Did the massive bust up when you arrived furnish you with a time machine or did it just ruin the first day of your trip?
Have you arrived yet OP?
Plot twist, OP is still stuck in Reading behind caravans.
I thought going the a35 route from Hampshire to Devon would be better than the a303, how wrong I was..
Yes, in Project CARS.
M4 followed and turn off at the second Swindon exit.... ~2 hours from Cardiff?
I popped out this afternoon around 8 miles down the A51 CARAVANS, Caravans everywhere....
M6 was a bitch travelling north, ended up driving though Stoke/Newcastle as a detour! All of the jams I got caught in were due to roadworks.
God created the earth and everything in it, quicker than it will take you to get down there, you might make it for next Easter
aside from the solid rain for tyhe 3 hour ride all went well
Traffic down in England really that bad? Up here in Scotland, we have like one motorway and it's still not THAT bad.
*Prepares for incoming Scotland jokes*
But you only have 2 cars to go on it
Anyone got any insight on what the traffic may be like tomorrow (sunday)?. Am travelling from Peterborough to Burnley in the morning.
Leave as early as possible and aim to be as far as possible along your chosen route by 8am. I'd be looking to do it in one go.
Should be fine. Sunday mornings are always good times to travel anyway but more-so when it's Bank Holiday Monday.
I'm driving down to Cornwall tomorrow - Sunday is normally less bad than Saturday.
