Driving Test :S

Actually its you thats incorrect. If you check the DL25 (Driving examination report) the section for signals states they must be correct, NESCESARY and properly timed. So if you signal with no one benifiting then its a minor/serious error etc

So you signal to park if theres somebody behind, a pedestrian on the pavement near where you wish to park etc.

fair enough but need for the attitude? what i was told by my instructor, lot harder to spot someone sitting in a car when pulling in though compared to pulling away.

What attitude? Remember this is a text based forum and emotional state is almost impossible to percive. I meant no disrespect etc.

Argghh im so upset, i was looking forward to it... cause then i will be able to drive my girlfriend to the school ball thingy in a few days if i pass :(... i guess thats not going to happen now

Whats happens with the test costs then? Surely you ahev paid your £40 for the test, so do you get it organised at a later date for free?

[Spelling Nazi] Im glad your not a spelling instructor :D [/Spelling Nazi]

 My mate jordan has just failed his test today with no minors and one major  The instructor said second exit at a roundabout so jordan was positioned wrong and it was a no entry road. How unlucky. So as for advice take care with all signs and road markings as sometimes a silly misjudgement can fail you.

What so the examiner miss lead him to go in to a no entry street ? I never thought they could do that, surely thats not right. I know they dont tell you which way to go if a sign tells you but telling some one to go down a no entry is ****** up

Well it is signed, but only when you enter the roundabout can u see these signs. It is a bit of a trick but you should notice it to be fair and to miss it could be very dangerous so i guess it is totally jordans fault but an unlucky mistake to make.

Don't assault the tester otherwise he/she will charge you double the amount and could take you to court.

Experience?

On the note of Jordon and the roundabout, don't forget the fact that it's second exit not second road, that is a very major thing to get wrong and so easily avoided if paying attention. But then to be honest he was probably just nervous and messed up because of that.

my driving instructer told me about one examiner that got punched to the ground, he failed some one cause he pulled out not checking properly and the examiner said he was abandoning the test as he didn't feel safe.

The examiner was like a drill sergeant from an american boot camp, very strict and would fail you for the most minor things. not to mention shout instructions at you which would make any one nervous. some of his work colleagues at the test centre said he deserved a beating lol

apparantly the guy who hit him was a ***** so the police couldn't trace him

My advice, have a good meal and a Bannana before your test, take your time, look around you, remember your shoulder checks etc..

And dont try and rush, do the speed limit but be cautious, if the examiner feels safe, thats the clincher :)

lol
