Dumbells

The one in durrington is huge and has a Great range of gym equipment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, restraunt and more but sadly over priced :(.

What sort of kit are you going to be buying? Obviously a lot of this gear is very expensive, but I am looking into buying new bits myself and would be interested in seeing what you're looking into.

Mine would be:

Power Rack
Olympic Bar
Olympic Disks (bumpers mainly)
Adjustable bench

That would be me pretty much sorted to start off with.

If i had money to burn then i'd also get:
Glute Ham Raise bench

Mono lift rack

Reverse Hyper bench

And maybe a Concept II for a bit of cardio now and then :p

The gym equipment im getting pretty much does all of that and more also i think it would cost a bomb to order stuff from america because of the weight :).

What's the equipment like from here? Have you any experience of it? I was having a look at the machines, of which it claims they build to order and a couple of items caught my eye.

Also, the equipment you look to be getting is excellent, and well worth for the money. I'll definately look into this.

I have never bought any gym equipment from them, but have been a customer with them for a few years now. They are always very helpful and the service has always been superb. They have been around for a while now and i've never heard anything bad about them. I would be surprised if the quality of their equipment was anything but what you'd expect.

Excellent, I may do a little more research into the company and am currently considering some of the equipment they have for sale.

Gymratz are over priced im only getting the chin up bar from there because it can be stressed up to 200kg and i will be doing chin ups with plates hanging from my waiste.
