Hey fokes, Am using low FPS issues with Dying light.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~4.7Ghz
GPUS : 2 X 980s watercooled.
Windows 8.1

Sli and Non SLI make zero dent in FPS, Am going to go with it's "Just the game that's broken" however checking google a lot of people claim that the main issue is there computer isn't good enough for it. Clearly mines is.

My FPS range from 20 fps to 60fps, Jumping a lot.

I also run G-sync but never really changes if it's on or off.

That's quite strange considering you have 2x980s.

I've got 2xGTX Titans in SLi and I've overclocked my monitor to 85hz. I'm now using v-sync and get a quite steady 85fps.

Have you updated your graphics drivers?
What about file validation?

I had problems with updating graphics drivers, I tried it and got a blue screen, Ran DDU and it refused to install drivers. Had to go through hell before windows finally gave in and reinstalled GPU drivers.

After that there is still no change in FPS.

I'll try a steam validtation but I doubt it will help. Is that a 85fps at max settings?

So the drivers installed ok now?

Yes, max settings with he fps capped to the refresh rate. I get close to 100fps without usinf vSync!

Do you have a cpu overclock?

Re-reading your OP it sounds very much like a driver issue. I would remove the overclock (may be causing BSOD), uninstall nVidia drivers (Revo Uninstaller) followed by running DDU.

Reboot and re-install with a fresh download.

Did you do the above?

Assuming SLi is enabled?

Have you tried low and high settings in game to see if there is a difference?

SLI as enabled as in the photo you can clearly see the game using both GPUs.

Running different settings still gives me bad FPS. Settings do nothing.

Definitely something not right then. I've got everything maxed except the view distance to about a third up and it doesn't drop below 60fps. Following on from what Snips said, it sounds like a driver issue or something else up with your system. Every other game playing fine?
