hey i recently bought an e8500 an am looking at overclocking, have raised the fsb to 380 to start and now at 3.6 Ghz, how risky is doing anything more?

wierd prob... my multiplyer keeps changing itself to 6 taking the speed to 2.7Ghz rather than the 4.3 that it gets when it used 9.5, ive set it as 9.5 in the bios, is this normal? just to keep it safe when not under lode?

i cant remember 100% but theres a setting you need to turn off...i will have a look in my bios and get back to you unless someone else in the forums already knows.
