Early morning runs

Saiyan training Regime
Get up 6am.
Eat: Bcaa Creatine 5htp cod oil garlick calcuim and thermogenic formula preworkouts.
Drink Hot b series vitamins mixed withCholine Bitarate
Morning Toilet visit.
Up and running 6.50 am to work 5k
Quick shower and clothes swap and protein shake.
Sort mail out and get on with delivering over campus.

Thats how my EVERY morning looks since i got addicted to running and endorphin hehehe
Snow ?? that does not stop me -5 either. Rain ??


But Yesterday i gave up first time this year... Melted snow after 500 yards or so my trainers ware soaked and freezing my feet off.... So had to make up for that and instead of my daily 30 minutes bodyweight did 2 hours :D Balance maintained hehe

well the run sounds fun, but the nutrition whilst it might be efficient/fast sounds puritanical, versus a bowl of porridge at work, or the like. ?
