yes, but not sure everyone starts with £130 ... everyone buys small consumables eg batteries/T-shirts/... before they move onto 'big' stuff. - no ?

we have just as many issue with people with 100 / 1000's of feedback as those with zero. Some people are honest and other arnt, the feedback no marker on what kind of person is buying.

After all these years of buying stuff on eBay (never sold) I've only just looked at what my rating is.
I've only ever bought stuff so I would have been shocked if I was less than 100%.

as a buyer you can't be anything other than 100% as sellers cannot leave negative feedback about poor buyers.
