His vulgar language and threats of violence is totally unacceptable. You should definitely leave negative feedback.

Try one of these solutions.
Try sending an email to eBay with details of the claim etc, they'll probably take a couple of days to get back to you though. At least you'll know whether you can or can't escalate!

Yeah paypal have a dispute process as well as ebay. I thought since i have already started the process with ebay that it would be quicker to continue with that. If i open a dispute process with paypal then it starts the whole process again probably take around 25 - 30 days to complete.....
