What was the name of that guy who used to post online guides on how to get the best out of your PC? I think he was an American guy and he was incredibly annoying. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Anyway, the youtube guy reminded me of him.

i know him, overclockerjames? sumit like that.

seemed ok to me, helped teach me how to overclock my graphics card :D

Have a look in his feedback, all of his pc's come with all the same games free. Either he has hundreds of copies of each game and is mad or he is using the same disks over and over again, which is illegal.
Yes. I understand that what he is doing is illegal but that does not mean that no-cd cracks are illegal.

Oh come on he's just trying to make some money, some people who don't give monkeys about being legit or not but have no idea how to pirate things themselves would be thankful for all that stuff that comes on the pc...

Fair enough the spec is a bit expensive, I can build a Q6600/4gb/4870 pc with that money ( dad sells pc's so cheap oem parts available for me), but lets be honest, it will run games, just not up to ''enthusiast'' settings and framerates, but playing a game on 1024 res with stuff on low-medium and 30 fps falls under the account playable too... Just smart marketing for stupid people...

That doesn't make it legal. He's responsible until you receive the goods, and from that point onwards he's actually responsible for a long time. Because of his description he implies the computer should be good for years, which means any failures can go straight back to him.

I really doubt the P4 651 cpu is new as stated. I would not be happy if a member of my family bought something like that blissfully unaware they would be using a ton of pirated software.

No. Not coming off it. That delivery caveat did it for me.

Do you think a middle aged nurse who's scared of computers, but wants to buy one for little Timmy's Christmas is going to realise she's buying pirate games?

It's not the case that he's passing a few DVDs discretely, without saying anything on the listing to be nice to people. He's actively selling the unit based on the games it contains.
