Ed Millibands lisp...

I have more issue with his squint face/jaw.

It looks wierd, and I hate it. No where near as wrong as lembit opik's puss, but still we're going to see a lot more of Ed.

And, to be frank, I wish we weren't...

I never noticed, just had a look at some google images and he has a lop-sided face, you are right not as bad as Lembit (what do they see in him) opik, but definitely pre-stroke I reckon.

Now I am never going to take him seriously.

ahhh but it was a 'global' problem caused by dem dastardly 'bankers' , nothing to do with government borrowing y'hear ;)

Ah yes, my mistake I'd forgotten that. Mr Brown's frugality with the economy and judicious timing of selling our Gold reserves sale really put us in the best possible situation for when those nasty bankers stabbed us in the back!

It would be funny if it wasnt so tragic, real, and expensive. :(

What's with the random rows of people standing up and then immediately sitting down as well? Reminded me of the Eminem karaoke on Phoenix's Nights. :p

Yeah but;

"Would the real MP for Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland please stand up, please stand up"

doesn't quite have the same ring to it? :p

I heard him on the radio for the first time the other day, and I immediately thought "A lot of people won't take him seriously with that lisp", while trying to take him seriously myself.

I don't care about how his voice sounds or what he looks like.

I do care about how out of depth he is, and why he saw it fit to make Johnson a Chancellor who, to quote himself, needs a "primer on economics".

On the flip side of this, for the first time in my 12 years of being able to vote, I was actually interested in what someone running for election had to say (cameron). I don't really know what it was about him, but it does give me some confidence to think that hes prime minister, I never gave a damn about blair or brown, in fact I loathed both of them.

I actually watched the general election as well for the first time, till the early hours of the morning!

Because he’s a jolly good fellow and more importantly appears to be doing an extremely hard job very well. We have a breath of fresh air after years of stagnation. :)

Personally speaking i'm enjoying this new feeling of looking at my Prime Minister and feeling pride. Long may it continue.
