****ed right off

£55? Are getting a limo each or something? that's an awful lot.

Your 'mate' may have tricked you into paying the full price of the limo, so that he can later brush you off, and get a free ride with his real mates to prom.

Just sayin.

lol at some of your responses, made me smile :)
There were 8 of us in total and it looks like we won't be seeing our cash anytime soon.

Hopefully your y-fronts turn up soon btw^^^ :D

So our prom is on friday, been relaxing blissfully and all up until now. A (relatively) close freind had offered me a place in the limo so I agreed and he said he'd sort it. We all paid our share (£55 - recieved an earful from my dad about it, but there didn't seem to be any alternatives) and that was that.

Now my freind just messaged me saying he can't get in touch with the limo company and that "we might not have a limo"

The site is http://www.hummerhummer.co.uk/ if anyone wants to look / knows anything. I think I may burst a blood vessel right about now. -_-'

Darfun war orphans.

There, that's the perspective you needed you terrible little ingrate.

When we were 16 we just went and got drunk in the park after our last day, went home, slept, got up went to house party.

When we finished sixth form at 18 we had a "leavers ball" at a hotel, but I don't think anyone spent extravagant amounts. I hired a tux and that was about it.

University summer balls were the big one though. Always pretty flash.

I have not ordered a limo before so didn't know what to expect.
He said he tried ringing them but they won't answer so I'll try n ring 'em myself tomorrow n hope for the best

So you are getting your knickers in a twist because your mate tried to call them at some point and couldnt get through....?

Most of our year had a big drink up on the last day but that night didn't end well for me and some others (same freind involved with only me being sober (I dont drink (y)) - ended up being mugged.

Terrible little ingrant? How crude.. Sure I ent perfect, but a bit harsh.
