This sort of thing should be discouraged. It's just going to lead to kids having no sense of the value of money. £55 for transport is obscene.

Happened to me and my group. We booked a limo and it never turned up. Apparently the company didn't even have any booking for us. In the end we just went in the coach the school provided.

It was actually pretty decent. It was like a oversized limo with a TV, bar, fancy leather seats etc

I must have gone to an overly-civilised high school compared to most people on the first page, everyone took a limo, literally not a single person didn't!

(Though we paid about £20 each, £55 is obscenely expensive)

They'll spend the next 5 years going to nightclubs and spending hundreds of pounds a night on Breezers and Red Bull, then getting ripped off by dodgy taxi drivers, so may as well start as they mean to go on.

I had a quick pop at the site earlier and it looks like generally its ~£25 per person for a one way trip, upto double that for 2 way and ~£75 per person for exclusive use for the night (pretty much go anywhere, pick up/drop off people whenever you like).

Seems a bit steep to me when you can hire a pretty decent limo around here for about £120 all in for a one way trip.
