My neighbours are Muslim and invited me round for a beer to watch football. They're not all bad. I still suspect the minority of tarring the majority.
obviously not a devout muslim then lol

No I live in a rather white area, there is definitely not a mosque local either and I don't know any Muslims. According to the census the Muslim population is 4.4%, it's 1.5% in Wales, I can't see them taking over with those numbers.
I imagine that atheism is more on the rise in the UK than Islam.
Well he didn't have any lol. Bit weird that his wife and daughter had to stay in another room whilst I was there.
You don't get radical atheists blowing stuff up though do you
Only peoples minds with common sense lol
Only peoples minds with common sense lol
Interesting you chose common sense and not scientific evidence.
Really need to rename "common sense" it's not common anymore
according to census lol
errrmmm that to me is obvious so hence why i said common sense lol
That's fine then you've just confirmed my suspicion that most people who hold atheist beliefs put as much critical thinking into the process as people who end up with religious beliefs.
What else do we go by then? Your anecdotal evidence of seeing a lot of Muslims in your area?
Ermm yes, as census data (especially when they have no idea of how many "illegal" people live in this country) can be inaccurate.
And yes, if you know anything about lancashire, i live inbetween 2 VERY large muslim communties.
Eh ? My beliefs can be proved by evidence so plenty of critical thinking has gone in to them along with critical evidence so im not sure which straws you are grasping at lol
I'm not sure atheism can be proved or disproved along with pretty much any religion. While I am a form of atheist myself (the only god is me ) there is no solid evidence to say that god doesn't exist nor that he didn't create everything in 6 days.
As far as I know there is no evidence to say god doesn't exist. The fact it isn't proved doesn't make it null, it makes it possible.
I belive in things that can be proved, as god has not been proved to exist i therefore do not believe in god simple as
Fair enough so how do you believe the world started just out of interest.
