** EK Watercooling Kits - Watercooling in a Box! INTEL AND AMD **

This is a great product to stock, can see these flying out.

Personally watercooling has always terrified me but if something like this were available I'd definitely consider it for my next build.

this kit certainly takes the guesswork out of them.

I have added a brief analysis of my own to the product description to make things a bit clearer also.

I know absolutely nothing about water cooling!

What is the difference between the LT and HF ones? How big is the performance increase?

How easy are they really to set up?

When it says you need to 1L of distilled water, I thought you used a chemical coolant?

What case would you recommend with space to fit a 360cm radiator?

watercooling is not as difficult as it looks, and the maintenance is minimal. i clean my loop once a year or whenever I add new hardware.

the LT is a budget block, based on the supreme LT block with low impingement [not very restrictive] allowing for higher flow rate and efficient cooling. I'm not going to lie, this is a budget block but its EK so the quality is good and it does the job well. The EK-Supreme LT - UNI is a universal CPU block based on the EK-Supreme LT which is only available in this kit.

the HF block is a much more high end block and one that can be purchased on its own and has been EK's mid-high end block for a few months now.

None of those system have fittings for AM3 not to mention AM3+ ??

yes they do. these kits are all AMD compatible :)

here is an Excellent video of whats in the box with unboxing videos linked for all of the seperate components :)

the instruction manual is certainly a LOT better than I was expecting.

Scares me also, I can see it going horribly wrong if I ever tried to use this stuff.

This looks like the kinda kit that would get me into watercooling.

My understanding went as far as needing a cpu block, some tubes and some fluid. It's all the various connectors and fittings that left me stumped.

Knowing you got all the right ones already is cool ^^

This is great, I love how it is a kit, similar to the Corsair range, but this is more for enthusiasts and you have to put it together yourself!

No messing trying to work out what fittings and parts you need, and I am sure the results and the looks are much better. :)

I bought the most expensive kit in January and it was great to set up. The component list on that one seems to differ however. The rad says 340 but its a 360. The res I got was the advance version. The fans i got were 1800rpm. So I dont know if its wrong or they have changed the kits

a 480, you need a 480 block and two fittings.
I suggest one of the kits with a 360 radiator to do this.

Exactly how I felt! :p

How many fans do the kits include?

And why is it one version of the fan or the other?

I guess the fans depend on stock. they are yates though which are great WC fans.

the kits include enough fans for one side of the rad.
triple rad = 3 fans
double rad = 2 fans
single rad = 1 fan

Will have to scrape some money together and get one of the 240's!

Unless of course a 360 fits... RJK, do you know if a 360 rad would fit anywhere on a CM Storm Scout?? Trying to picture it now but never having owned one it's kinda hard.
