Fair enough. Just going to make an earl grey and head into battle. Not going in without one.

Edit. Ffs it didn't bother downloading/copying patch until I actually started the game. Got another wait.

Couldn’t wait for my Curry’s ER to be delivered on Monday so went to GAME and got the last XSX copy!

hopefully it’s not as solid as I think it’s gonna be lol.
 
Barely any of the faces I can pick look like a bloke? I’ve got body type A and still the faces all look like a woman :p

Which keepsake did everyone go for?
 
Everyone here logging in OK? Mines been failing to login since launch, other people are reporting the same issue but seems no one here is getting it. Offline only for me atm, Series X
 
Connections ok on the PS5. Explored miles out of the starter zone tonight just following the arrows and unlocking bonfires. Then wimped out and went back to the start area. Fast travel and map markers are a godsend. Found the catacombs enough for today though. Game is great fun I spend a good while tonight offering myself up for summoning but they all died in about 5 seconds!
 
Not come across one yet. Happily getting beaten by normies.
I just got an item that I expect would be really easy to miss. Seems certain things are tied to the day/night cycle.

It looks like an arch with some symbols in it.

I've googled it but no luck.

It means you can summon something. You probably were given an item to do so and also a thing to summon. I don't think it appeared until I was given the item. Look under Ashes in your inventory.
 
Can't believe Ive been helpful in an FS game lol. I can't quite work out what the cooldown is on it.

Just got annihilated by my first boss. Got it down to half though.
 
Just got to the place where I can buy incantations etc. I don't know what triggered it, I just randomly had the option when resting. Possibly down to getting a certain item but that would suck as it was easy to miss.
Nice to have a stress free zone to chill in.
