Haven't similar services been used in the US for years? Nothing to see here.
Apple devices just work, there's no need to test themwhy are iphone users been left out? Do we not count?
From what I understand, even if you opt out, the most severe alerts will still come through.
This is a great system but I hope there's never a real situation which means they have to use it.

This is very true. I have to agree with you here.
Wait till the aliens land.
It will alert if sound is turned off but obviously it won't alert if the device is switched off.
Did this actually happen ?Don't worry, it'll probably only ever get used by mistake.
