I switched to octopus last week, took 2 days. Straight onto SVR. They asked why I wanted to switch to them, I said I was considering an EV and that was enough. They said when I get the EV IF I do, they can move me to go or intelligent.Ha, İ actually did say that and that's when he said once you actually have it or nearly have it call us as it takes 2 days to transfer. He did say you will need to provide proof etc etc. Lol.
Thing is this dude was by the sounds of it from an British call centre and more on the ball and harder to confuse. I would have pushed more but once he told me it take 2 days to switch I thought is true I can push for it soon once my current provider gets my electric readings via smart meter.
Quite keen to get onto Agile in the meantime though, but for that I think they need a certain period of half hourly readings with a level of reliability.
