England V India ***Clash of the Heavyweights*** Test, T20 and ODI Series

I'm not even going to bother to comment on how the day went.

What I will say is lolIndia and I will also hold the BCCI for being responsible for the shambles that is Indian cricket.

Number one in the world!

Can anyone explain why there was no music played during the Indian innings yet when England were batting there was music for 4s, 6s, batsmen changes and ends of overs.

A lot of the England fans seemed to be quite bitter? No idea what they were bitter about? Still, had some good banter with those who weren't bitter. :)

Wasn't that bad, I'd say 60/40.

It just added to the bitterness imo. :p

The Indian fans where we were sat were great, at one point one group were chanting "England, England, England" and "We're not singing any more". :D

Have to say I was impressed with England yesterday. I thought the total might prove a tough get. But after Kieswetter gave us such a quick start it made the job so much easier for the rest of the boys.

Cook is just awesome. England to win 4-0 and go above India in the ODI rankings as well?

True, the forecast for the Durham game seemed to change daily. Although the forecast the day before and on the day had it pretty spot on really. Hope you have better luck... with the weather at least ;)

Haha, thank you. I really want it to be a FULL game and a good game first and foremost. I have amazing seats for this fixture :D

Tbf it's England where any given day is 'sunny with clouds and a chance of rain' :p

We have a pretty good ODI team now, it's not particularly spectacular and I still think there is room for improvement, Morgan is a big miss as a brilliant player and so much better than Bopara but there are a lot of accomplished players there riding high on confidence so I'd back England to win this series, though a ODI series whitewash is pretty unlikely I'd have thought.
