with the way things have gone in the euro's i was wondering what sort of players would be available to play in the 2014 world cup quallies in preparation for the competition in 2014.

went through the premier leagues sides as listed on the bbc webby and came up with the following list, who would you add/like to see included.

Sorry about the squiggles :p
4-2-3-1 we have the youngsters for it and i think if you throw in the experience of cole, gerrard and lescott you've got a lighting fast pacey team with lots of talent :)

Gerrard's already too old. What's the point in having him in the WC qualifiers when he won't be good enough for the WC?

Yet he was our best player along side Cole at the euros, why keep basing it on age, wait until it is clear he is too old, I mean if theres a good 5 man midfield he can certainly do well in a free'd up role.

That said, I'd rather him retire but seems that isn't happening, and it is his best chance at a big trophy left in his career since Liverpool won't be winning a league title or CL for a long time. Rather sad he hasn't won more.
