English, CL & Europa League Football [12th - 18th Mar 2010] **spoilers**

Ah the old got o the ref and moan, Chelsea had 80 mins to score.

5/1 for Inter to win, had a free bet and went for the draw, was close to putting it on Inter to win

Well done Inter. Chelsea have been poor this season and it continues. They have some major money needed to be spent in the Summer along with the likes of Liverpool.

Not sure what it is but I never felt that confident after the first leg, so the defeat doesn't feel gutting like in previous years.

In a way it might show that a big clear out is due and work out for the best?

I thought the better side won, not just tonight but overall.

Inter looked classy tonight, they got better and better as the game wore on (despite a rocky end to the second half) growing in confidence.

Lol Drogba
Lol Terry at the end thinking his ranting will somehow change the game.

Lol Chelsea, sacking the best thing that happened to them.

You'd have gotten in to the Wigan game for free as well :p

They need fans so much they're giving away tickets :D

Fantastic performance by Inter and over the two legs they were far better than Chelsea, Jose has improved them remarkably since we played them last season and based on both legs IMO they have to be considered favourites for the whole thing now

Hopefully it's Inter v Barca in the next round

I thought Inter were terrible and CHelsea were worse, neither team managed more than about a minute without conceding a foul, the passing, interplay in general, movement and creativity was a joke by both teams. While Andy Gray was creaming himself over Sneijder, I think he only really made one decent pass for the goal, the rest were from freekicks and weren't superb, just decent balls into the box.

I think the absurdly low quality of football in the first half made Inter look half decent in the second, better than Chelsea for sure but not at all good.

The first half was a joke of refereeing, has to be said Chelsea deserved at least 2 penalties, maybe more, some ridiculous knocking people to the ground in the box.

They only showed one replay(before the end, didn't watch after the game) of the Drogba incident all from the same angle. Seemed very clear that Motta just absolutely ran into Drogba to start it all off. I really couldn't tell if he stamped on Motta after, if he caught him because he was stumbling after Motta tried to knock him down, or if there was even any bad contact.

Was it definately a purposeful stamp, or was it an off balance Drogba with no where else to put his foot?

I'm in two minds, I hate Mourinho, but Chelsea simply didn't deserve to win playing that damn badly. Joe Cole was hilariously bad after he came on, did nothing to help, gave away a 4-5 freekicks, got away with two more fouls seconds apart from each other, when given the ball to go forwards gave it away every time in seconds.
