City are being out-played by Sunderland:p...passing the ball pretty well and City just cant get a look in at the moment but saying that Sunderland cant get a decent shot on goal. Still think City will win this though...2nd half will be different i imagine for City.

There's no chance I'd ever want to see City finish in the top 4 ahead of a team like Spurs. Villa are still in with a shout with their games in hand. I hope the City 'project' falls flat on it's face a bit like Real Madrid being knocked out of the CL on Wednesday.

I think this is the mentality we need to shake off if we want to mix it with the big boys and get CL football.

I think 2 points is the bare minimum we need from that, we really need to win at least one of those home games if not both.

All depends on our midfield and Palacios not getting booked... otherwise we're screwed if he picks up a 2 game ban.
 
Manchester City have owners with oodles of cash and Manchester United don't.

Any fan that says they wouldn't want Citys money are lying.

Yeah I think that Villas games in hand, combined with their remaining fixture list will end up with them finishing 4th, frankly even as a Liverpool supporter I wouldnt begrudge O'neill that either. (as for my own team, I predicted preseason that we would finish 5th, now though I am not sure of that even, can see us finishing lower than that, 6th, possibly even 7th)
