English League Football [30th Jan - 3rd Feb 2010] **spoilers**

How come 'he's never a top 4 striker'? Because he's not as good as Torres?

N'gog's a promising youngster who's already showing he's more than capable of doing a job for us now (6 goals in 10 starts) and is improving game by game. The only explanation for 99% of criticism he gets is that he's having to fill in for Torres.

N'gog is young he is getting better. Give the lad some time.

@ Terry, ****ing typical of players who are getting **** in the papers to turn in a good shift (and in this case score)

Good win for Wednesday :D Pleased to see us come from behind to win a game, despite being ****ing **** in the second half.

Nice to see Sheffield United lose and then Praise or Grumble turn in to a sucide hotline for United fans :D

Bet the Donny game was a good 'en (sorry personal joke) :)

Would you have preferred it if the England Captain had just hidden away like Tiger Woods?
Cometh the hour...

I'd have liked him to get hit by a falling satalite if truth be told :p

No, but do you expect anything less from "lion heart big man best defender in the known universe" Terry? :p

Nah, knew Terry would put in a shift, just strikes me as the kinda bloke who might be a **** off the pitch but gives it his all on it.

N'gog is a promising young player just as Bender is. Both have their best to come and both showing good signs. Also, both are very young and need to be given until 24/25 until they're totally written off

Looking forward to the match later on at the Emirates, the first match to be broadcasted in 3D as well, I think. Hopefully The Verminator will be fit but if Wenger says Campbell is ready then I'll believe him.

I think a draw will suffice as it'll take points off United as well.

I'm more thinking about staying in touch with Chelsea. Same games played and 5 points behind currently, potentially 6 or 8 if Arsenal don't win.

Then going into the Chelsea game (which I really don't think Arsenal will get more than a point in) could see the gap stretched to 7-9 or even 9-11 points.

I know Arsenal have an easy-ish run in after this current batch of games, but I feel they must get at least 6-7 points from the four (Villa, Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool) - obviously on 1 so far, which is why I think they need 3 today.

I can see what you mean there. :)

I don't think it'll be a disaster if we draw. If we lose it will be though. I think this and the Chelsea game are the two most important games of the season and if we can draw or win today, and then draw or win against Chelsea, we'll have a very good chance to win the title given our fixture list.

Hopefully we can get through these tough games without any more injuries, hopefully Bendtner and Diaby can come back quickly, I think Wenger should have added in the January window but Chamakh is available on a free in the summer and Wenger knows more about football than me so maybe he's looking at other options.

Think Arsenal need a win today, it'd be nice to think they'd compete without a win but if they want to win the title and feel they're good enough, they'll win at home today.

Time to get drunk and start hoping for something good.

I think Wenger will play Bender up front which will probably lead to them not winning the game. I'd go with a front three of Nasri Arshavin and Rosicky to try and cause Vidic and Evans some problems on the floor.
