and in news that will shock Arsenal fans everywhere, Almunia lets one slip inside his near post, we haven't seen that before.

For christ sake Wenger get the chequebook out and sign a decent keeper.
 
Nice one Almunia you reject. Why are we still playing 4-5-1? It didn't work when we tried last season and it isn't working now. We have RVP on the bench while Wilshere, Diaby and Arshavin and just standing around still, falling over, or giving the ball away.

But it was still trying to block the ball rather than the player, but the momentum took him into him. If a yellow would have been given it wouldn't have been talked about imo.

I think he's one of the best keepers in the league.
 
I'd say Given is the one of the best out there. In the premier league the only better keepers are Reina and Cech IMO (on his day) Given rarely makes mistakes and pulls off some unbelievable saves.

why does hart get played before him then?

van der sar is just as good if not better. he may be in the top 10 in the uk but he is no way 3rd in line.
