2nd hafl was no different from the first and it was all Wigan again. Terrible negative tactics cost us and in all honesty, we were lucky to have got a point. A better side would have beaten us easily today.

And it wasn't only Hodgson that reverted to type, after a decent game vs Chelsea, Konchesky was **** again.
 
I really can't explain what that Liverpool performance was about. Three wins on the bounce and Roy reverts back to type for the trip to the mighty Wigan.

One step forward, two steps back spring to mind :(
 
Essien just got sent off, bit of a two footed stamp thing, only caught one replay from weird angle, straight red aswell?

Well taken goal by Chamakh but we rode some SERIOUS luck in that game, could easily have been 1-1 from that shot right before the second goal, and from many other attempts.

Wenger should have been punished for not making changes 20-30mins earlier.
 
Well i missed first half from 7 mins and got backfor 2nd half from 55min mark. It was all Wigan i dont know how they didnt get a second.

Roys Subs were silly Kuyt for Poulson thats not going to win us anything, Gerrard was unlucky to hit the bar however he had a chance to burst and shoot and opted for a lazy pass and then on two occasions should have crossed but opted for lazy cut back option.

We hoofed ball far too much we should have done quick to feet passes and eased preasure abit.

Poor performance imo.
 
What a horrendous team Newcastle are. Beat Arsenal away, beat Villa 6-0, beat Sunderland 5-1, beat Everton away, yet scraped a draw against Wigan and lose to Blackburn.

Dont understand Roy at all. Poulsen was a waste of a sub, was completely anon for the entire duration he was on the field.
Kuyt looked knackered, so why not bring Ngog on? or anyone else for that matter?

Every time we went forward it was only Torres and Stevie who broke, everyone else walked casually towards the halfway line (except the back 4 mind, who stayed planted much further back).

Lucky to get a point, we played worse here then against any other team this year.
 
The coms on my ..ahem..viewing method just highlighted something.
Carra and Stevie told Torres to go with the rest of the team to applaud the away support, he basically told them to <swear> off, refused to speak to or shake Roys hand and stormed down the tunnel.
Reina did something similar.

Cant blame them.
 
Now im going by whats being said here but it sounds like the UTD derby is rather dull and half UTD squad are dieing of sillyness as game goes on lol ?
 
Well, a fairly boring game on the whole. Dominated by Man Utd, Manchester City just defend, defend and defend some more.

Would have liked to win of course, but away I'll take a draw. Wasn't a terrible performance by any means considering some of the awful players we have :p
