Delap off, one less thing to worry about now!
This. Stoke defender would've missed the ball and it would've been a penalty had he stayed on his feet.He was going down before he was even tackled.
SSN are ripping Rafa to pieces. Aquilani played 120 minutes midweek and looked spent and now they're saying he's been dropped because Rafa doesn't rate him
Edit: Nice to see Thommo speak his mind about Babel
His control and passing was very good when he had time and space but he looked awful when pressurised. I'm sure he'll get better once he gets used to the pace of the English game and gets some match sharpness. He did play the full match, and to be fair, he did naff all and looked like a total lightweight.
Not to the extent Delap does with towels positioned around the pitch solely for him to use.
Agree. Ngog's had no support from Kuyt and keeps getting muscle out. Riera on for Inusa and drop Aurelio back to LB would be a wise decision.Apart from 1 or 2 balls, everything to Ngog has been hoofed up the field to him and when you've got Huth over you're shoulder you aren't going to win much.
Insua seems to have carried on with his current form, or lack of.
I thought Sorro was one of the best in the prem? his clearances are terrible.Liverpool have weathered the storm so far, but they have nothing up top and nothing through the middle, somebody needs to put the foot on the ball and calm things down.Stoke are capable of nicking one.
Lucas has looked ok surprisingly.
The storm?
Both sides seem to be pretty impotent at the minute, hopefully Liverpool bring on Riera and or Maxi, maybe even Pacheco and add a bit of creatvity. Stoke have already made 2 changes so they're more or less stuck with what they've got.
