Should arrive next week. I selected a courier who are basically DPD, so it shouldn't take ages. I'm not in any rush and with the pending lockdown that could be coming today I would be in even less of a rush tbh.
 
Nope, those are like rocking horse deposit! :D Had a customer spec a 3080 for their work PC and had to alter their spec for just that reason.... among others.

Nah. It would annoy me to have to go through so much aggro. I've got two 2080Ti and a 2070S. All run 1440p, so I am pretty sure I will be good. Well, so long as DLSS keeps making an appearance in games. This PC? I only really play PUBG on it any how. So the 2070s is more than good enough.

Nearly two months. He hasn't sent the thermal pads, hasn't told me what thickness they are and hasn't replied.

Don't order from him. He's very attentive until he gets the order, then the ball drops and you get radio silence. I had a feeling it was dodgy from the start, should have gone with my gut instinct.
