Yea ive heard its on its way to steam. Probably wont be £13 on steam
No, I'm guessing it will get a 50% discount like other games that came across such as Metro Exodus, Borderlands 3 so £24.99.

Im confused as to why you think it would be better
The launcher has a factor into how good a version of a game is.

Not sure that applies to GTA. I have both steam and R* versions and the only difference is load times. Both now massively increased due to the R* launcher.
Regardless of what version you are using it does not affect the game in any way.

It's not that simple is it, games run on different launchers, some launchers are crap, like Rockstar Launcher, it has a few contraints for me, it's buggy with Controller Companion and doesn't connect properly to GOG Galaxy. If it were via Epic Games, the launching the game with a controller would be much easier and also the intergration to GOG Galaxy (keeping everything in one place).
Some games are different depending on how they are installed, for example, Cities Skylines in STEAM vs Windows 10, whole lot of difference.
Is Trover Saves the Universe worth it? I think it'll come in at £5 with coupon
Civ 6 free!
Wooop!
Is control worth £13 ? i think my 1070 would struggle to run it at max settings at 1080p so i have been hanging around for the new 3000's cards to come out so i can at least play it with decent settings. Wonder if it will be cheaper when the new cards come out
It's a hog performance wise. I run at medium 1080p on a 1070. Amazing game, my GOTY for 2019 for sure.
Worth full price let alone £13
I bought the DLC pass for £10 in the sale voucher thingy
Yea i dont wanna play it at medium haha you have the same gpu but £13 seems like a really good price to buy it at and then wait till i get a 3000 series gpu to play it
