If it's an official update then it shouldn't need a factory reset... but it may help... I dunno in that case - not had any official updates for mine as samsung don't support the I5700 too well lol
Hold out for any other responses before doing a factory reset on your phone... just in case you don't need to
as you will lose everything...

Yes i bought it earlier for my SGS....i thought launcher pro was good but i think this is better and its something new to mess about with!

Ah right, that makes sense... Can you point me in the right direction for my I5700?
Also, does that affect my installed ROM?(ie. will I have to do a factory reset?) or does it work like rooting and just 'happen' in the background?

By accident I heard of an app called Droidcam, it allowed you to use the camera on your phone as a webcam.
Damn thing never seems to work properly and the dev's don't seem to be doing much with it.
Does anyone know of anything else similar? Smartcam also didnt work for me

they both work kinda
IP Webcam works the best/most ideal when it works. Constantly get crashes in opera/ie/firefox when using it. Think its a flash issue :/
Also seems to disconnect/time out a lot which is a real pain in the behind

Just bought ADW Launcher EX.
I was feeling a bit down after losting Sense going to 2.3 Android Oxygen . This launcher is really really good !!!
My phone is now Super quick after disabling the Menu Application homescreens. I prefer snappiness over animation.
