On O2 you can't get automatic delivery reports, the only way is to add *0# at the beginning of the text message body. Are there any android apps that could add this automatically?

what is the best free ad blocker and clock apps .cheers

Best add blocker is addfree android but you need to be rooted...

As for clocks, there's millions... if you want a widget I'd recommend simiclock and for a stand alone alarm clock type app I'd say kaloer clock... that's a great app!

Weird... I was just going to ask about an adblocker, just rooted the other day! :) . I've been using Kaloer clock for a while now and rate it highly!

I will echo comments on GameDevStory... after reading about it on here I just bought it straight away and have barely put it down since! :o .

No need for adblock, just flash this zip:

Code:
http://robbiekhan.co.uk/root/android/adblock-enable.zip

From recovery or via ROM Manager.

Oooh thanks! That work with any ROM then? Using Modaco r24. Any need to backup etc before I do it?

Edit: backed up and just flashed it anyway, working perfectly thanks :) .

P.S. Is there a zip I can flash to enable the Circle Battery mod without having to use an app? Using a Nexus One.

What would you guys (and girls!?) recommend for a music player? The only specific requirement I have is that it changes songs very quickly when hitting next (PowerAmp for example does). I seem to spend ages cycling through songs before finding one I want, and the slowness of the stock player is getting quite irritating.

I have a feeling I will just have to cave and buy PowerAmp, but if there's a free alternative out there that changes songs just as quickly, then I can save myself a few ££. Thanks guys.

I find Cubed works pretty well - and is free :)

Has a really nice looking UI too

(I still prefer PowerAmp, but as I've said before - I don't listen to enough music to make it worth buying a music player...)
