Is very good, been looking for a decent one that's its in the tray so I don't have to unlock the phone just to see batter % but instead just wake the screen and glance at the tray.

That battery status free app downloaded 39mb of data for the skin apparently... 39mb for some little icons?!
On the note of memory usage something rather strange is happening, I had my G1 for about a year and it always seemed like I was trading off space for apps all the time and could only really have some apps and 4 or 5 games installed. But now I have my Samsung Galaxy portal which reportedly has less memory I've been installing many many apps and games but still have 46% free! I can only figure some random app I used to have installed was taking up more space than it was letting on.

Does anyone have problems typical into text boxes? I.e this one here. Have to tap it like 3 or 4 times. Apart from that I am loving dolphin browser hd. It's just great and I can type so quick on my desire now its awesome.

Yeah, I just don't think it looks right on the Magic. Battery Status suits it better I think.
Use an app called 'Shoot Me'.
if you have root a few apps on the market
if you don't have root then via usb with ddms (part of the sdk)
