I like s voice, not particularly quick but i like it for questions, like what is the capital of etc, quicker than tyoing, just wished it linked to android calendar for appointments!

I modified my build.prop and got it bypassing the network thing. But now it simply force closes each time it gets a response from the server.

Trying clearing app data and cache. Do you have it installed as a system app.

Does anyone know how to get the cerberus app icon back after you have hidden it??. I have it running on my One X, works perfectly fine but need to enable the app as i hid it and cant see how to get it back in the app drawer.

I think you can do it through the website but don't quote me on that as I only used the trial and that was a while ago

I'm having an issue with K9 mail at the moment. I've got 4 email accounts (on my rooted Desire Z with CM7) set to push and each with it's own notification tone. (3 gmail and a work email address, all IMAP)

When my phone has been idle for a little while, the notifications stop and only start again once I've activated the phone. I know it must be a K9 setting issue as it never happened before I reset the phone; I always got the alerts within a few seconds of the incoming email, irrespective of whether the phone was active at the time or not.

Any ideas folks?

I just tried using Splashtop on my android Touchpad to play diablo, expecting the worse but it is surprisingly playable!

It would be hard on harder difficulty because you are relying on using the action bar but it works! If you has a Asus Transformer with the keyboard dock it would work perfect. Harldy any lag, text can be rick to read but it does work nice with that style of game

Alternatively you can setup the app to open when you dial a special code on the phone dialler even if it is hidden. The default is 23723757 (spells cerberus)

Of course, if you haven't set this up you need to reshow the app first but it should be active by default IIRC

Yep, Splashtop works great for point and click games. FPS on the other hand are unplayable, the way Splashtop emulates mouse movement just doesn't work for FPS games. End up to spinning around endlessly or at the other end of the spectrum not enough sensitivity.. Really quite annoying.

Apparently the makers of Splashtop are working on a gaming version which will resolve this problem.

Just tried that but didnt work, anyhow i just needed to get the app icon back as there were a few things i needed to change.
