I think you are right. However I think they have broken something, if you reply to a post with it and type about 4 lines it then zooms the text right in and you then zoom out out and the box space is reduced.chrome does this as well but the beta doesn't. The beta seems to lose the cursor but that is a lesser problem.

Edit: and the text for the replied post is an incorrect font so grab the old beta whilst it is up

I've tried them both, have one pirchased as well.

No camera app on Play Store produces as good results as Samsung's own camera really.

Ah shame that :( Probably be the same with HTC/sense handsets too.

I thought they might actually have been pretty good since you could adjust a ton of stuff and control more things, at least for certain conditions anyway??

Will have a mess around anyway and see.

edit

just had a quick go and yeah not as impressive as I first thought, some nice useful options though!

Not really much difference in quality, am sure if I tweaked away though, perhaps could improve it but I CBA :p so back to stock camera

So reading posts about Syncme and the like I've got a question. Do these apps create a new phonebook that loads the facebook data, or actually merge facebook data into a non-facebook contact list that's already on the phone (like the "PC Sync" list on the stock HTC Contacts app).

My old Nokia N900 would actually create a contact on the phone if I added a new friend on Facebook, and automatically pull in the Facebook details, which is what I'd really like to do, rather than just show the facebook contacts in a separate address book, cause that in turn would let me sync the contact into Outlook on my pc.

I'm using go launcher and I just wondered is there much difference between the go store and play store ? If so which one do you prefer to use ?

Play store. Last time I used Go store it just linked straight to the Play store. Although that was about a year ago, Go felt too bloated after a few updates, and Apex/Nova feels much more snappier than it.
