Agreed. The talk should be about the football. Just hope it's not as poor as WC2010.

While the other white person you abuse at the game happens to be born in a certain country. With a certain accent. With a particular flavor for supporting an opposite team. With a different culture you happily attack. How's that different for digging someone out due to their skin color? Nobody can help what/who they are. Let's not be selective now due to hysterical media.

The English do it all the time. To the Germans. Due to their nationality. To the French. Due to their nationality. To the Scottish. Due to their nationality. I really really can go on here. It's laughed at and enjoyed between the boys with a wink. Even the media gets involved sometimes in the 'good-natured' ribbing. How is taking the **** out of someone due to their culture/religion/nationality ANY different from taking the **** out of skin color?

But I agree, it's not excusable. But it's also very selective and frankly stupid and pathetic.
