With a key... You have to go above 40 kmh and make sure that you have a small deadzone set on your throttle since that's what was causing the issue for me.

It doesn't matter. You set the cruise control at the desired speed and then let the throttle loose. Just make sure you don't press on throttle/break as that will turn off the cruise control, same goes for shifting gears.

Throttle of and press C, won't work below 25mph though, not that you would want to go that slow anyway.

Give or take a few minutes for messing with settings.

Im impressed with the shadow system in this game.

Awesome route from Prague to Verona, only at Munich so far but Prague to Munich was excellent, lots of hairpin corners and narrow roads.

Any mods to improve the AA and graphics a bit?

It's fun so far although I did end up off the road after going down a hill into a bend.

Is there no way to see the other mirror without having to turn to look at it? If I do that I end up all over the road!!

press um f2, it toggles mirrors on and off in 3 stages.
