Euro Truck Simulator 2 worthy of purchase

Got my edtracker (diy headtracker on the cheap) working ok in the game, still cant park for crap tho but to be fair it was dark and raining. My trouble tho still would be lining up and reversing the right way and not over do it. Bah...

Anyone else build their own headtracker (edtracker) and played with it in this game?

Started playing this back in summer and reinstalled windows last month, fire it up to give it a go again only to find out my game save had been lost as it doesnt use cloud save :o

SCS have never said it would support it. ETS2 wasn't designed for steam - it was a standalone game for a year or so, before it got Greenlit on Steam.

I dunno, never played the MP. I guess run the 1.12/1.13 retail version, rather than via Steam?

You need to remember it's an unofficial mod...

You can change your home garage as of 1.13 IIRC. It's not in the profile screen - just relocate yourself (and truck if required) to a spare slot in another garage.

I like this game also? Its a strange game but I am lvl16 and getting there, with my
2 crack head looking whores based in Liverpool as drivers. :p

Picked this up on the Steam sale, are there any good mods that improve gameplay or add certain gameplay elements to the game? I'm not interested in visual upgrades.

The Promods maps are a must for this game. You have to sign up to be able to download the maps but that's not a big deal. I have never been bombarded with spam or anything. Come to think of it, apart from the registration email I don't think I have receieved anything else from them.

Have you guys seen the Big Rigs bundle over at bundle stars? Eight games for £2.99 but if you enter Supernova25 at the checkout you get a further 25% off.
