Euromillions

Yeah, I would get some top-dollar legal assistance before telling a soul. Trust would be a huge problem for me, I certainly wouldn't go public and it's not like my family are a horrible bunch of thieves. But money changes people.

Yep, wouldn't go public with the news whatsoever. Would disappear just as quietly as I'd arrived.

I think my time playing the lottery is coming to an end, haven't won diddly of late after fairly substantial outlays. I know it's all a game of probability and chance, but I think I stand to make more investing in a savings account. With today's interest rates that's saying something. :D

Can't be doing with the constant anticipation and disappointment, stupid really when the odds are 1 in 131 million or whatever it is but hey.

19.20 total for me over three tickets.

Best result was the £10.20

Unfortunately, even if match 4 numbers (which is what he did), you get a very small amount.

The decent prizes are if you match up 5 or more number. Anything less and the amounts are not major or life changing.

Logically, this makes complete sense, but the irrational part of all of us is happy to "invest" £100s per year, for no gain.

I'm sorry? You got 3 out of 5 numbers, and 1 out of 2 stars and you only get £10? I'm sure 4 numbers on the lotto gets you like £80-120?

Not quite..

Edit*
It was actually £10.60 this week, the £10.20 was last week. Oops!
