European Grand Prix 2010, Valencia Street Circuit - Race 9/19

Well Vettel will crash or go wide and get punted out or his engine will go "BOOM" or....or.....

Something will happen to Vettel's car the way his luck is and the way he drives.

Why is it called a "delta" time? Why not just a target time or something like that? Is it because the race computers add up the three sector times and then sum up with a fourth number (delta) and that's the target time?

delta is usually gap to a target so i presume they have to keep with in +/- x-amount of some deemed target lap time, maybe based on an average of the previous laps/sectors or something, but honestly, no idea

Hamilton under investigation, but not Webber for causing an avoidable accdient?

Great....
If Red Bull can prove that Webber's car got sucked into the Lotus by showing the telemety what can the stewards do? I saw Webber in place to overtake then it all went wrong. If Red Bull can show Webber was trying to overtake but then got sucked into to the rear end of the Lotus by accident surely he's done nothing wrong? He was where he was behind Heikki to overtake him.

Oh. I get what it is I just don't get why its called delta. What's the significance of that word? :p Or am I seeing things where there aren't things to be seen? :o
