What is it about Mark Webber and a complete lack of judgement when braking? He's caused numerous incidents by *not realising* the car in front has to brake too!
Glad he is ok though.

Silly mistake by HAM looking at the replay, penalty was correct

But Ferrari now annoyed it took 9 whole minutes to make a decision over his penalty....
